Free To Be Support
Started in 2023, Free To Be Support are a small but passionate provider of high quality supported living and community services to people with a Learning Disability and Autism.
We are an organisation in which no person goes unnoticed, where no voice is unheard and where people are free to be whatever they wish.
Our Directors
Keaton has been working in the care sector for 9 years, beginning as a support worker and working to become a Team Leader and finally a Registered Manager which he was for 4 years.
Keaton has experience in supported living settings, as well as care home and domiciliary care.
Keaton has Level 2 and Level 5 Health and Social Care Qualifications.
Keaton is now Free To Be Supports Nominated Individual registered with CQC.
Chloe has supported people with learning disabilities from a young age as Chloe’s family offered respite care at there family home to families in need. This led to Chloe pursuing a role in care from University, firstly working as a Support Worker and Team Leader.
Chloe has Level 3 and Level 5 Health and Social Care Qualifications.
Chloe has also previously been a Registered Manager in other organisations and is now Free To Be's CQC Registered Manager.
Adam is an experienced and highly-motivated Human Resources professional with over 10 years experience within Health and Social care.
Adam also has experience of working as a support worker and team leader having held positions in both charities and community interest companies.
Adam has a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care and is currently working towards Level 5.
Adam is Free To Be's Head of HR.
